Services

A computed tomography scan (CT Scan or CAT scan), is a diagnostic imaging procedure that uses a combination of xrays and computer technology to prodcuce cross-sectional images of the body.

A branch of medical imaging that uses small amounts of radioactive material to diagnose, determine the severity of, or treat a variety of diseases.

Mammography is a breast imaging exam that utilizes a series of xrays, at different angles with compression, for breast cancer screening.

An MRI is a diagnostic procedure that uses a large magnet, radio frequency pulses and a computer to produce detailed images of organs, joints, and structures within the body.

An x-ray is a diagnostic test that uses small doses of radiation to produce images of bones, joints, tissue and organs.

Fluoroscopy is an imaging technique that provides real-time images of the internal structures and function of a patient with the use of a fluoroscope.

Bone Densitometry is a low-dose xray exam that measures the density of bone. It is used to detect osteopenia or osteoporosis disease that may lead to fracture.

A medical subspecialty that performs various techniques with medical imaging guidance, such as x-ray fluoroscopy, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, or ultrasound, are used to precisely guide medical professionals to the internal structures of the body through very small incisions by an Interventional Radiologist.

An ultrasound, is a called sonography, is a diagnostic imaging exam that uses a small transducer (probe) and ultrasound gel to evaluate the body with high-frequency sound waves to create images of organs, blood vessels, and tissues.
