If your child is a patient of a Concord Hospital health system primary care practice, you can schedule them to get vaccinated at an upcoming pediatric COVID-19 vaccination clinic.

Clinics are being held at Belmont Medical Center at 8 Corporate Drive in Belmont, NH.

Clinic Dates:

1st Dose: December 14 & 15, 2021
2nd Dose: January 4 & 5, 2022

Appointments are available between 5 pm and 7:40 pm. Appointments for these clinics are limited and pre-registration is strongly encouraged. To schedule an appointment, leave a message at (603) 527-7069.

Providers will be on-site to monitor patients after vaccination.
