As of August 1, 2022, My Patient Connect launched for Concord Hospital – Laconia and Concord Hospital – Franklin patients. If you used the patient portal associated with LRGHealthcare for dates of service prior to August 1, 2022, you still have access to your portal account, however, messaging is no longer available.

You need to self-enroll in My Patient Connect to schedule appointments with your primary care provider, send messages to your provider’s office, view portions of your medical records, request prescription renewals and more.
